The Kyusho Jitsu Kenkyukai is an open group dedicated to the research, study, preservation and teaching of the anatomical striking points detailed in the first generation of karate books (circa 1930’s), Koryu Ju Jitsu anatomical striking charts and historical Chinese martial arts manuals.

The group is based in Scotland with group study sessions based largely in Perth. Instruction is by seminar where we invite notable instructors in anatomical striking to assist us in exploring the fundamentals of effective anatomical striking techniques, power development and an understanding of the anatomy and physiology behind the techniques.

We hold regular seminars throughout the year and welcome anyone interested in studying anatomical striking as applied to oriental martial arts.
